Can students get refunds?

The short answer is no. Primetime Tactical Training is not responsible for non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, or any other travel charges or expenses you may incur. It is up to the student to send out an email 72 hours prior to a no show to get a credit for a rescheduled class.

What is the minimum age requirement?

A parent or legal guardian is required to take the class along with a child under the age of 18. We ask you, the parent, "Do you feel comfortable with the child next to you with a loaded gun?" If you have any doubts, wait a couple of years.

How do I dress?

If at an outdoor range dress for the weather. Absolutely no open toe shoes. Students are allowed to wear shorts, but would strongly advise you to wear long pants to protect your skin from the elements and possible debris. Short sleeves are acceptable. Wear comfortable athletic shoes or boots. If you want to wear tactical style gear, it’s fine. Make sure it fits properly and is ergonomically stable. What happens if it is raining?

Majority of the training will be outdoors. Heavy rain may cancel a class due to unsafe conditions on the road or the range. Unless notified the night before, classes will be held as scheduled. You never can choose the time or day when to defend yourself. Train how you fight!
